Common questions

How do I add an item?

Tap Add in the middle of the bottom bar, take a photo (or choose from your gallery), pick a category and a place, and save. You can also add an item without a photo.

How do I move an item to another place?

Open the item and tap Move to…. To move several items at once, press and hold one in your wardrobe to select more, then tap Move.

The background was not removed from my photo.

Background removal runs on your phone and needs iOS 17 or later. It works best with the item laid flat on a plain surface. You can always keep the original photo.

What does “Auto-fill with AI” do?

It suggests the category, colours, seasons and a name from the photo. It is off until you allow it, and you can turn it off in Profile. See the privacy policy for what is sent.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Your wardrobe is saved on your phone, and items you add offline are uploaded when you are back online.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?. We email you a 6-digit code to choose a new one.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. More details on the account deletion page.
